The theory of \((\infty,1)\)-categories (or simply \(\infty\)-categories) is well established, with notable models including simplicial categories by \textit{J. E. Bergner} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 359, No. 5, 2043--2058 (2007; Zbl 1114.18006)], Segal categories by \textit{A. Hirschowitz} and \textit{C. Simpson} [``Descente pour les n-champs (Descent for n-stacks)'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:math/9807049}], complete Segal spaces by \textit{C. Rezk} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 353, No. 3, 973--1007 (2001; Zbl 0961.18008)] and quasicategories by \textit{A. Joyal} [\url{https://www.math.uchicago.edu/~may/IMA/Joyal.pdf}], which were all shown to be homotopically equivalent [\textit{J. E. Bergner}, Topology 46, No. 4, 397--436 (2007; Zbl 1119.55010); \textit{J. Lurie}, Higher topos theory. Princeton, NJ: Princeton University Press (2009; Zbl 1175.18001); \textit{A. Joyal} and \textit{M. Tierney}, Contemp. Math. 431, 277--326 (2007; Zbl 1138.55016); \url{https://www.math.uchicago.edu/~may/IMA/Incoming/Joyal/QvsDJan9(2007).pdf}].\N\N\textit{D. Gepner} and \textit{R. Haugseng} [Adv. Math. 279, 575--716 (2015; Zbl 1342.18009)] developed a theory of \(\infty\)-categories weakly enriched in monoidal \(\infty\)-categories, which was built on Lurie's \(\infty\)-operads [\url{https://www.math.ias.edu/~lurie/papers/HA.pdf}]. One may replace the strict model of simplicial categories by categories strictly enriched in a suitable monoidal model category \(\mathcal{M}\) [\textit{C. Berger} and \textit{I. Moerdijk}, Q. J. Math. 64, No. 3, 805--846 (2013; Zbl 1282.18006); \textit{A. E. Stanculescu}, Theory Appl. Categ. 29, 635--653 (2014; Zbl 1302.18016); \textit{F. Muro}, J. Topol. 8, No. 2, 377--413 (2015; Zbl 1317.18014)]. In the case where \(\mathcal{M}\) is cartesian, Simpson [Zbl 1232.18001] introduced \(\mathcal{M}\)-enriched Segal categories as certain simplicial objects in \(\mathcal{M}\). \textit{R. Haugseng} [Algebr. Geom. Topol. 15, No. 4, 1931--1982 (2015; Zbl 1327.18015), Theorems 5.8 and 6.17] demonstrated that both the strict model and Simpson's model are presentations of enriched \(\infty\)-categories in the sense of [\textit{D. Gepner} and \textit{R. Haugseng}, Adv. Math. 279, 575--716 (2015; Zbl 1342.18009)].\N\NBuilding on Simpson's work and generalizing \textit{T. Leinster}'s homotopy monoids [``Homotopy algebras for operads'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:math/0002180}], \textit{H. V. Bacard} [Theory Appl. Categ. 35, 1227--1267 (2020; Zbl 1443.18002)] defined \(\mathcal{M}\)-enriched Segal categories over a general monoidal model category \(\mathcal{M}\) in order to encompass enriching categories of interest, like chain complexes over a commutative ring. \textit{E. D. Bermejo} [``A new model of dg-categories'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2308.06417}] put forward an approach to complete dg-Segal spaces of a quite different flavor, replacing the simplex category by a category of free dg-categories of finite type.\N\NThis paper aims to lay the basic foundations for a concrete model of enriched quasicategories which stand to quasicategories as Bicard's enriched Segal categories. For a suitable monoidal category \(\mathcal{V}\) not necessarily having any weak or higher structre, the authors define quasicategories in \(\mathcal{V}\), which should be viewed as being weakly enriched in the monoidal category \(S\mathcal{V}\) of simplicial objects in \(\mathcal{V}\), having a higher categorical structure as such. One can consider \ with the right-transferred model structure from \(\mathrm{SSet}\). Quasicategories in \(\mathcal{V}\) arise as a subclass of a larger category, which is denoted by \ and whose objects are called \textit{templicial} (short for \textit{tensor-simplicial}) objects in \(\mathcal{V}\).\N\NThe main result of the paper goes as follows:\N\NTheorem. There is a right-adjoint functor\N\[\NN_{\mathcal{V}}^{\mathrm{hc}}:\mathcal{V}\mathrm{Cat}_{\Delta}\rightarrow S_{\otimes}\mathcal{V}\N\]\Nfrom the category of small \(S\mathcal{V}\)-enriched categories to the category of templicial objects in \(\mathcal{V}\) with the following properties:\N\N\begin{itemize}\N\item[(1)] If \(\mathcal{V}=\mathrm{Set}\), then \(N_{\mathcal{V}}^{\mathrm{hc}} \) recovers the classical homotopy coherent nerve;\N\N\item[(2)] If \(\mathcal{C}\) is a small \(S\mathcal{V}\)-enriched category whose underlying category is locally Kan, then \(N_{\mathcal{V}}^{\mathrm{hc}}(\mathcal{C})\) is a quasicategory in \(\mathcal{V}\).\N\end{itemize}
