The authors provide a complete classification of endomorphisms of the Artin\Ngroup $A[B_n]$ for $n \geq 5$, as well as of its central quotient. The\Nclassification, up to conjugacy, distinguishes between cyclic maps,\Nendomorphisms built from automorphisms and central powers, and more\Nintricate cases involving transvections and twisted conjugation. The work\Nbuilds upon their previous results on homomorphisms from\N$A[\widetilde{A}_{n-1}]$ to $A[A_n]$ ([\textit{L.~Paris} and \textit{I.~Soroko}, J. Algebra 678, 809--830 (2025; Zbl 1571.20049)]), \Nexploiting standard embeddings into $A[B_n]$ and further into\N$A[A_n]$.\N\NAs a consequence, the automorphism group structure is recovered, confirming\Nknown results and showing that $A[B_n]$ is both Hopfian and co-Hopfian. The\Nmethods blend Garside theory with mapping class group techniques. The\Naffine subgroup is shown to be characteristic but not fully characteristic\Nin the quotient.
