The article investigates the structure of the monoid of endomorphisms of \Nthe Artin group $A[\widetilde{A}_n]$ associated with the affine Coxeter \Ndiagram $\widetilde{A}_n$, for all $n \geq 4$.\N\NThe main result is the following classification (Theorem~2.1). \N\NLet $n \geq 4$ and let $\varphi: A[\widetilde{A}_n] \to A[\widetilde{A}_n]$ be \Nan endomorphism. Then, up to conjugation, exactly one of the following \Nholds: $\varphi$ is cyclic; or $\varphi$ belongs to the subgroup \N$\mathrm{Aut}^*(\widetilde{A}_n)$; or there exist $p \in \mathbb{Z}$ and \N$\psi \in \mathrm{Aut}^*(\widetilde{A}_n)$ such that $\varphi = \psi \N\circ \alpha_p$; or there exist $p \in \mathbb{Z}$ and $\psi \in \N\mathrm{Aut}^*(\widetilde{A}_n)$ such that $\varphi = \psi \circ \beta_p$.\N\N Here, $\mathrm{Aut}^*(\widetilde{A}_n)$ denotes the subgroup of \Nautomorphisms generated by graph symmetries and inversion, isomorphic to \N$D_{2(n+1)} \times \mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z}$. The morphisms $\alpha_p$ and \N$\beta_p$ are constructed using specific conjugates of the affine \Ngenerator $t_0$ and the square of the Garside element $\Delta_Y$ of the \Nstandard parabolic subgroup $A_Y[\widetilde{A}_n] \simeq A[A_n]$.
