A surrogate model for the computational homogenization of composites consisting of multiple viscoelastic materials is developed. The authors use interpolation by radial basis functions and cubic spline functions in numerical material tests performed for a unit cell to represent anisotropic stress relaxation behavior as well as its dependence on strain rate and temperature.
