The authors consider the rotational entropy \(h_{r}(\varphi)\) of a random dynamical system \(\varphi\) on the torus \(\mathbb{T}^{m}\). The rotational entropy is estimated under two basic assumptions. Assumption I concerns the uniform boundedness of the distortion of \(\varphi_{\omega},\omega\in\Omega\), while Assumption II concerns the nonsingularity and commutativity of \(A_{\omega},\omega\in\Omega\), which is the unique integer matrix which induces the linear endomorphism homotopic to \(\varphi_{\omega}\).\N\NIn this paper, a formula for the rotational entropy for such a \(\varphi\) is obtained under the two basic assumptions as \[ h_{r}(\varphi)=\max_{J\subset\left\{1,\cdots,s\right\}}\int_{\Omega}\sum_{j\in J}m_{j}\log\lambda_{\omega}^{(j)}d\textbf{P}(\omega), \] where \(\lambda_{\omega}^{(j)}\) are the moduli of eigenvalues of the integer matrix \(A_{\omega}\) and \(m_{j}\) is the multiplicity of \(\lambda_{\omega}^{(j)}\). For the case without Assumption II, the lower and the upper bounds of the rotational entropy of \(\varphi\) are given by the moduli of the eigenvalues of \(A_{\omega}\) and the largest eigenvalue of \(\sqrt{A_{\omega}A^{T}_{\omega}}\), respectively. Finally, several examples are presented to show that these results may not hold without the assumptions. This work can be seen as a random version of the previous work of the authors [J. Differ. Equations 379, 862--883 (2024; Zbl 1558.37019)].
