The table below summarizes the main geometrical features of generalized \(\mathrm{Spin}^{r}\) spinors on projective spaces.\N\N\begin{tabular}{c c c c c c c c} \N\hline \N\(M\) & \(n\) & \(G\) & \(r\) & \(m\) & \(\dim(\Sigma^{m}_{\ast,r})_{\mathrm{inv}}\) & special spinors & geometry \\\N\hline \N- & \(k\) & \(\mathrm{SU}(k+1)\) & 2 & 1 & 2 & pure, parallel & Kähler-Einstein \\\N\(\mathbb{CX}^n\) & - & - & 2, if \(k\) even & 1 & 2 & pure, parallel & Kähler-Einstein \\\N- & \(2k+1\) & \(\mathrm{Sp}(k+1)\) & 1, if \(k\) odd & 1 & 2 & generalised Killing & Einstein, nearly Kähler\(^*\)\\\N\hline \N- & \(2k+1\) & \(\mathrm{Sp}(2k+2)\) & 3 & \(2k+1\) & 1 & pure, parallel & quaternionic Kähler \\\N\(\mathbb{HX}^{n}\) \\\N- & \(2k\) & \(\mathrm{Sp}(2k+1)\) & - & - & - & - & -\\\N\hline \N\(\mathbb{OX}^{2}\) & - & \(F_{4}\) & 9 & 3 & 4 & - & -\\\N\hline \end{tabular} \N\N\(^*\) (\(n=3\) [\textit{H. Baum} et al., Twistors and Killing spinors on Riemannian manifolds. Stuttgart etc.: B.G. Teubner Verlagsgesellschaft (1991; Zbl 0734.53003), p. 146]). \N\NIn particular, for each compact, simple and simply connected Lie group \(G\) acting transitively on \(M\), the table describes the minimum values of \(r, m\) such that \(M\) admits a \(G\) invariant \(\mathrm{Spin}^r\) structure carrying a non-zero invariant \(m\)-twisted \(\mathrm{Spin}^r\) spinor, and the geometric properties of the latter. \N\NThe paper under review proves the following theorem:\N\NLet \(G\) be a compact, simple and simply connected Lie group acting transitively on the projective space \(M =\mathbb{CX}^n, \mathbb{HX}^n\) or \(\mathbb{OX}^n\). Then, the minimum values of \(r,m\in \mathbb{N}\) (with \(m\) odd) such that \(M\) admits a \(G\)-invariant \(\mathrm{Spin}^r\) structure carrying a non-zero invariant \(m\)-twisted \(\mathrm{Spin}^r\) spinor are shown in the above table, together with geometric information which these spinors encode.
