The authors study the critical set of harmonic functions \(u\) in a \(C^{1,\alpha}\) domain \(D\) of \(\mathbb{R}^d\) vanishing on an open set of the boundary. More precisely, they consider the critical set\N\[\N\mathcal{C}(u):=\{x\in\overline{D}: \nabla u(x)=0\}\N\]\Nand they provide an upper bound of the \((d-2)\)-dimensional Hausdorff measure of \(\mathcal{C}(u)\) by the frequency function. Moreover, possible extensions to \(C^1\)-Dini domains are discussed.
