      Fusion categories generalize the representation categories of finite-dimensional semisimple (quasi) Hopf algebras [\textit{P. Etingof} et al., Ann. Math. (2) 162, No. 2, 581--642 (2005; Zbl 1125.16025)]. A fundamental construction in the theory of fusion categories is equivariantization by a group action [\textit{P. Etingof} et al., Tensor categories. Providence, RI: American Mathematical Society (AMS) (2015; Zbl 1365.18001)]. Given a categorical action of a finite group \(G\) on a fusion category \(\mathcal{C}\), the equivariantization \(\mathcal{C}^{G}\) is a new fusion category consisting of categorical fixed points \ under the \(G\) action. Equivariantization and de-equivariantization have been extensively investigated and used in recent years to classify and characterize families of fusion categories [\textit{P. Etingof} et al., Adv. Math. 226, No. 1, 176--205 (2011; Zbl 1210.18009); \textit{V. Drinfeld} et al., Sel. Math., New Ser. 16, No. 1, 1--119 (2010; Zbl 1201.18005)]. This paper aims to identify the lattice of fusion subcategories of \(\mathcal{C}^{G}\) in terms of the lattice of fusion subcategory of \(\mathcal{C}\) and cohomological data arising from the \(G\)-action (Theorem 4.8).\N\NThe synopsis of the paper goes as follows.\N\N\begin{itemize}\N\item[\S 2 \& \S 3] recall the basic definitions and results concerning equivariantization by a categorical group action and de-equivariantization of a fusion category containing a central inclusion of \(\mathrm{Rep}(G)\).\N\N\item[\S 4] establishes the main result providing a parametrization of equivariant fusion subcategories of a fusion category.\N\N\item[\S 5] takes a closer look at the parametrization in the case of group actions on pointed fusion categories, providing an obstruction theory for -invariant trivialization.\N\N\item[\S 6] applies this to parametrize Hopf subalgebras of a class of Kac-Paljutkin type investigated in [\textit{Y. Sekine}, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 124, No. 4, 1139--1147 (1996; Zbl 0845.46031); \textit{A. Masuoka}, J. Algebra 191, No. 2, 568--588, Art. No. JA966863 (1997; Zbl 0877.16019)].\N\end{itemize}
