This study builds on recent Suzuki-type common fixed point theorems by\Nshowing that important conclusions from metric and partial metric settings\Nalso hold in quasi-metric spaces. The author uses Rus-Hicks-Rhoades (RHR)\Nmaps and orbital completeness to give simplified proofs of current theorems\Nand show that quasi-metric spaces are a natural generalization that doesn't\Nneed symmetry.\N\NThe essay goes over and simplifies conclusions from earlier publications,\Nsuch as e.g. [\textit{K. Özkan}, ``Common Fixed Point Results for Suzuki Type Contractions on Partial Metric Spaces with an Application'', Cumhuriyet Sci. J. 44, No. 1, 148--159 (2023; \url{https://doi.org/10.17776/csj.1173233})], and shows how well the quasi-metric setup works.\NIt is a useful addition to generalized metric fixed point theory because it\Nfocuses on theory.
