By relaxing the linear growth condition, the authors study the existence and uniqueness of solutions of random impulsive semi-linear differential systems. Sufficient conditions for stability, through a continuous dependence on the initial conditions, and exponential stability of such systems are found, and an example illustrates the theoretical results.
