In 1998 \textit{C. P. Wang} [Manuscr. Math. 96, No.~4, 517--534 (1998; Zbl 0912.53012)] introduced important invariants of an immersed submanifold \(x: M^m \to S^n\) without umbilic points, among them the Möbius form \(\Phi\), the Blaschke tensor \(A\), and the Möbius second fundamental form \(B\). The manifold \(x\) is called ``Blaschke isoparametric'' if the Möbius form vanishes and all Blaschke eigenvalues are constant. The article under review is a contribution of the classification of Blaschke isoparametric hypersurfaces (\(n = m+1\)). The main result states that all Blaschke isoparametric hypersurfaces with three distinct eigenvalues, one of which is simple, are locally Möbius equivalent to one of three types. All of these types are known in literature and none of them is a counter-example to the conjecture of \textit{X. X. Li} and \textit{F. Y. Zhang} [Acta Math. Sin., Engl. Ser. 25, No.~4, 657--678 (2009; Zbl 1177.53016)] that Blaschke isoparametric hypersurfaces with more than two Blaschke eigenvalues are Möbius isoparametric.
