Let \(E\) be an elliptic curve defined over \(\mathbb Q\) and \(K\) an imaginary quadratic field. B.~J. Birch, N.~H. Stephens and B.~H. Gross defined a \(K\)-rational point \(P_{E,K}\) on \(E\) by using Heegner points associated with \(K\). In the case \(P_{E,K}\) is of infinite order, the Shafarevich-Tate group \(\text{Ш}(E/K)\) of \(E/K\) is finite and the formula for the value of the derivative of the L-function of \(E/K\) obtained by \textit{B. H. Gross} and \textit{D. B. Zagier} [Invent. Math. 84, 225--320 (1986; Zbl 0608.14019)], when combined with the conjecture of Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer, gives the conjectural formula for the order of this group. In this paper, the author constructs infinitely many elliptic curves \(E\) over \(\mathbb Q\) such that for a positive portion of imaginary quadratic fields \(K\), \(P_{E,K}\) has infinite order and the \(3\)-primary part of \(\text{Ш}(E/K)\) is trivial. Furthermore he shows for such \(E/K\) the 3-part of the conjectural formula is true.
