The author considers the partially periodic instationary generalized Stokes system with nonhomogeneous divergence data in the whole space, the half space or in bounded domains with sufficiently regular boundary. By analyzing the associated reduced Stokes system, the author shows the result on the maximal regularity of the partially periodic reduced Stokes operator, Then the global unique solvability is proved in Muckenhoupt weighted Lebesgue spaces.
