The paper studies finite groups \(G\) under the action of a group \(A\) with \((|A|,|G|)=1\), focusing on the influence of \(IC_{p}\)-subgroups among maximal \(A\)-invariant subgroups. A subgroup \(H\leq G\) is said to be an \(IC_{p}\)-subgroup if \((H\cap [H,G])/H_G\) is a \(p'\)-group, where \(H_G\) denotes the normal closure of \(H\) in \(G\).\N\NOne of the main results shows that if every maximal \(A\)-invariant subgroup of \(G\) containing \(N_G(P)\) is an \(IC_{p}\)-subgroup, where \(P\) is an \(A\)-invariant Sylow \(p\)-subgroup, then \(G\) is \(p\)-solvable. A refinement establishes the same conclusion under the weaker assumption that only maximal non-\(p\)-nilpotent \(A\)-invariant subgroups containing \(N_G(P)\) satisfy the \(IC_{p}\)-property. The paper also proves that \(G\) is \(p\)-solvable if every maximal \(A\)-invariant subgroup containing \(N_G(P)\) is either an \(IC_{p}\)-subgroup or has prime index or square prime index.
