The paper proves decidability results for Brinkmann-type problems for endomorphisms of \(F_n\times F_m\) and studies the induced dynamics at infinity. More precisely, for \(n,m>1\), given \(\Phi\in \mathrm{End}(F_n\times F_m)\) and \((x,y),(z,w)\in F_n\times F_m\), it provides algorithms deciding whether some iterate \((x,y)\Phi^k\) equals \((z,w)\), and whether some iterate \((x,y)\Phi^k\sim (z,w)\); here \(\sim\) denotes conjugacy in \(F_n\times F_m\).\N\NFor injective endomorphisms of \(F_n\times F_m\), the article also proves decidability of a two-sided version of Brinkmann's conjugacy problem and of the twisted conjugacy problem. Following the method of \textit{A.~D.~Logan} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 131, No. 4, Article ID e70088, 24 p. (2025; Zbl 1575.20030)], this yields solvability of the conjugacy problem for ascending HNN-extensions of \(F_n\times F_m\), for \(n,m>1\).
