In [Rep. Math. Phys. 16, 353--358 (1979; Zbl 0444.60100)] \textit{A. Wehrl}, by means of coherent states, conjectured that the minimum entropy over all density matrices would be achieved by a one-dimensional projector onto a coherent state. In [the first author, Commun. Math. Phys. 62, 35--41 (1978; Zbl 0385.60089)] this conjecture was proved, in which the conjecture was extended to \(\mathrm{SU}(2)\). Recently, the present authors were able to prove this conjecture in [the authors, Acta Math. 212, No. 2, 379--398 (2014; Zbl 1298.81116)]. In the present paper the authors have proved the conjecture for all symmetric representations of \(\mathrm{SU}(N)\), i.e., the representations corresponding to one-row Young diagrams.
