    Let \((M, g)\) be a \(C^\infty\) Riemannian manifold of dimension \(n\) with a positive definite metric tensor \(g,\) and let \(\Omega\subset M\) be a bounded and \(C^\infty\)-smooth domain. By explicit calculation of the principal symbols of pseudodifferential operators, the author establishes two Weyl-type asymptotic formulas with sharp remainder estimates for the counting functions of the following biharmonic Steklov eigenvalue problems \[ \begin{cases} \Delta^2_gu=0 & \quad \text{in}\;\Omega,\\ u=0 & \quad \text{on}\;\partial\Omega,\\ \Delta_gu+\lambda\rho \frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}=0 & \quad\text{on}\;\partial\Omega,\\ \end{cases} \] and \[ \begin{cases} \Delta^2_gv=0 & \quad\text{in}\;\Omega,\\ \frac{\partial v}{\partial \nu}=0 & \quad\text{on}\;\partial\Omega,\\ \frac{\partial(\Delta_gv)}{\partial\nu}\Delta_gu-\mu^3\rho^3v=0 & \quad\text{on}\;\partial\Omega,\\ \end{cases} \] where \(\rho\) is a strictly positive and bounded function defined on \(\partial\Omega,\) \(\nu\) stands for the inward unit normal to \(\partial\Omega\) and \(\Delta_g\) is the Laplace-Beltrami operator on \(M.\)
