    The paper deals with the exact multiplicity and bifurcation diagrams of positive solutions \(u\in C^2(-L, L)\cap C[-L, L]\) of the one-dimensional multiparameter prescribed mean curvature problem \[ -\big(\frac{u'(x)}{\sqrt{1 + (u'(x))^2}}\big)'=\lambda (u^p +u^q),-L<x <L, \] \[ u(-L) = u(L) = 0, \] where \(\lambda, L>0\) are parameters, and \(0\leq p<q<+\infty\) are constants. The authors prove that the problem has at most two positive solutions for any \(0\leq p<q<\infty\). Moreover, if \(0\leq p<q\leq p+1 +2\sqrt{p+1},\) a classification of bifurcation diagrams on the \((\lambda, \|u\|_{\infty})\)-plane, for any \(L >0\) is presented in Theorem 2.1. Also, in Theorem 2.2, they show that for any fixed \(p\geq 0\) and \(q\geq p+2 +2\sqrt{2p+3}\), there exist positive constants \(L_*<L^*\) such that the bifurcation diagrams on the \((\lambda, \|u\|_{\infty})\)-plane are different for the cases \(0 <L <L_*\), or \(L >L^*\), \( L =L^*\), \(L_*\leq L <L^*.\)
