On Abelian groups close to \(E\)-solvable groups. (Q743606)

Let \(E(A)\) be the endomorphism ring of an Abelian group \(A\) and let \(L(E(A))\) be the Lie ring obtained by replacing multiplication in \(E(A)\) by additive commutation. The author presents a systematic, indeed encyclopedic, study of the action of \(L(E(A))\) on \(A\). In particular, he studies the commutator invariant subgroups of \(A\) and classifies them for various classes of Abelian groups. He describes also the \(E\)-nilpotent, \(E\)-Engel and \(E\)-solvable groups in the classes of torsion, completely decomposable and cotorsion Abelian groups.
