\textit{J. Le Potier} [Math. Ann. 218, 35--53 (1975; Zbl 0313.32037)] proved that: if \(E\) is an ample vector bundle over a smooth projective manifold, then \( H^{p,q}(X,E) =0\), for any \(p+q\geq n+r\), where \(n=\dim X\) and \(r=\mathrm{rank}(E)\) \textit{L. Manivel} [Invent. Math. 127, No. 2, 401--416 (1997; Zbl 0906.14011)] proved that: let \(E\) be ample and \(L\) be nef, or \(E\) new and \(L\) ample. Then \( H^{p,q}(X, S^kE\otimes (\det E)^{n-p+1} \otimes L )=0\), for any \(p+q>n\) , where \(r\) is the rank of \(E\). All these theorems are proved by algebraic methods. This paper use analytic methods and proved certain vanishing theorems of Dolbeault cohomology of vector bundles. As an applications, the authors proved that If \(E\) is a globally generated vector bundle with rank \(r\) and \(L\) is an ample line bundle, then for any \(k\geq 1, m\geq 1\), \( H^{p,q}(X, S^kE\otimes (\det E)^m \otimes L)=H^{q,p}(X, S^kE\otimes (\det E)^m\otimes L )=0\), if \(p\geq 1,q\geq 1\) satisfy \( \min{\frac{n-q}{p}, \frac{n-p}{q}}\leq \frac{m-1}{m-1+r+k}\) . They also proved that: if \(E\) is ample (rest. nef)and \(L\) is nef (resp. ample), then for any \(k\geq 1\)and for any \(k\geq 1\) \(m\geq k+r+1\), \( H^{p,q}(X, S^kE\otimes (\det E)^m \otimes L)=H^{q,p}(X, S^kE\otimes (\det E)^m\otimes L )=0\), if \(p\geq 1,q\geq 1\) satisfy \( \min{\frac{n-q}{p}, \frac{n-p}{q}}\leq \frac{(m-1)-(r+k)}{m-1+r(r+k)}\) .
