The author gives a short and elegant proof establishing the polytopality of a simplicial 3-sphere with 10 vertices which was found by \textit{J. Bokowski}, \textit{G. Ewald} and \textit{P. Kleinschmidt} [Isr. J. Math. 47, 123-130 (1984; Zbl 0546.52004)].
