The basic goal is to determine for a surface singularity \(X\) with rational homology sphere link and for any line bundle \(\mathcal L\) on the resolution \(\widetilde X\) and any effective cycle \(l\), the dimensions of the cohomology groups \(H^0({\mathcal L})/ H^0({\mathcal L}(-l))\) and \(H^1({\mathcal L})\), if possible from the combinatorics of the resolution graph. This seems possible for a special class of `natural\'\ line bundles, of the form \({\mathcal O}(l)\) with \(l\) a rational cycle on the exceptional set. Such line bundles appear in the eigen space decomposition of the local ring of the universal abelian cover \(Y\) of \(X\). On this ring there is a divisorial multi-filtration, giving rise to an equivariant divisorial Hilbert series. It is related to the Campillo-Delgado-Gusein-Zade series, for which in some cases a topological characterisation is available (with an A'Campo-type formula). In the present article the goal is achieved for splice quotient singularities. The Author gives a combinatorial description for the dimensions of the cohomology groups of `natural\'\ line bundles, involving the Seiberg-Witten invariants of the link, and gives an equivariant Campillo-Delgado-Gusein-Zade formula, proving that the equivariant divisorial Hilbert series is topological. A characterisation of the divisors of function germs leads to an expression for the multiplicity of a splice quotient singularity in terms of the resolution graph.
