    Let \(\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^N\) \((N\geq 3)\) be a bounded smooth domain. The authors consider the Neumann problem \[\left\{\begin{array}{ll}-\text{div}(\alpha(|\nabla u|)\nabla u)+\alpha(|u|)u=\lambda f(x,u) \ \ \ &\text{in} \ \Omega,\\ \frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu}=0 &\text{on} \ \partial \Omega, \end{array}\right. \tag{P}\] where \(f:\Omega \times \mathbb{R}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}\) is a Carathéodory function, \(\lambda\in (0,\infty)\) and \(\alpha:(0,\infty)\rightarrow \mathbb{R}\) is a function such that \(\varphi:\mathbb{R}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}\), defined by \(\varphi(t)=\alpha(|t|)t\), if \(t\neq 0\), \(\varphi(0)=0\), is an odd strictly increasing homeomorphism. Several existence and multiplicity results of weak solutions to problem (P) are proved by using a critical point theorem established in [\textit{G. Bonanno}, Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 75, No. 5, 2992--3007 (2012; Zbl 1239.58011)].
