    Utilizing the index theory of seaweed algebras, the authors define index-based statistics on partitions and use this new construction to connect to some well-known families of partitions. Moreover, they obtain the following periodicity result: \begin{itemize} \item[(1)] If \(n\geq3\), \(|\mathcal{P}_0(n,1)|=0\). \item[(2)] If \(n\geq5\), \[ |\mathcal{P}_0(n,2)|=\begin{cases} 1, &n~\text{odd}; \\ 0, &n~\text{even}. \end{cases} \] \item[(3)] If \(n\geq13\), \[ |\mathcal{P}_0(n,3)|=\begin{cases} 2, &n~\text{odd}; \\ 0, &n~\text{even}. \end{cases} \] \item[(4)] If \(n\geq17\), \[ |\mathcal{P}_0(n,4)|=\begin{cases} 4, &n\equiv1\pmod{4};\\ 2, &n\equiv2\pmod{4};\\ 3, &n\equiv3\pmod{4};\\ 0, &n\equiv0\pmod{4}, \end{cases} \] \end{itemize} where \(\mathcal{P}_0(n,d)\) denotes the set of Frobenius partitions \(\lambda=(\lambda_1,\ldots,\lambda_m)\vdash n\) such that \(\lambda_i\leq d\) for \(1\leq i\leq m\).
