The author is describing applications of the gluing formalism discussed in a previous paper by himself [J. High Energy Phys. 2020, No. 4, Paper No. 175, 48 p. (2020; Zbl 1436.81127)]. The general problematics of the article arises to the school of Michael Atiyah-Edward Witten-Cumrun Vafa. The paper is elaborated in detail with proofs of all the statements and rigorous formulations. The article is well structured. It includes an introduction about supersymmetry, supersymmetric quantum mechanics, 3D N= 4 theories quantized in a circle, the notion of a \(\mathrm{SU}(2|1 )A\)- invariant polarization and \(\mathrm{SU}SU(2|1)B\)- invariant polarization, supersymmetric boundary conditions, mirror symmetry and symplectic duality (which is widely worked out here), 4D \(N=4\) index and half-index theorem, relation with the mirror wall, another boundary conditions like Neumann and Dirichlet, 4D \(N=2\) theories quantized on a sphere, supersymmetric Dirichlet polarization and gluing formula (which is one of central in the paper), one-loop determinants on HS$^4$, the case of an ellipsoid, partition function. Subsequently the author is investigating boundary conditions and the domain wall, S- duality of BPS boundary conditions and \(N=4\) SYM, 4D \(N=2\) index and half-index theorems, gluing of more general states, boundary conditions and domain wall. Throughout the paper a number of relevant examples has been presented, to illustrate the general results. In the discussion the author is accentuating on examples when gluing techniques studied before, combined with supersymmetric localization lead to new gluing formula and technics. The paper is laborious and richly referenced.
