The aim of the paper is the rigorous derivation of a homogenized model that originates from a reaction-diffusion-advection problem posed in a perforated medium. Productions by nonlinear chemical reactions act in the bulk and at the microscopic boundary. The focus is here on the so called ``slow diffusion scaling''. The main mathematically-interesting aspect is in the fact that the shape of the microstructure changes in time in an \emph{a priori} known way.
