The goal of this paper is to extend the study of harmonic maps to non-positive curvature (NPC) space targets -- which include notable examples like trees or the Weil-Peterson completion of Teichmüller space. As well, the domain space is allowed to be polyhedra with arbitrary Euclidean metrics rather than polyhedra consisting of simplices isometric to equilateral triangles, which makes the obtained theorems applicable to a large variety of examples as well. It is shown that harmonic maps from 2-dimensional arbitrary polyhedra to arbitrary NPC spaces are totally geodesic or constant, depending on a geometric and combinatorial condition of the links of the 0-dimensional skeleton. The employed method is based on a monotonicity formula, rather than a codimension estimate of the singular set developed by Gromov-Schoen, or the mollification technique of Korevaar-Schoen.
