In [\textit{C.~Xi}, Adv. Math. 154, No. 2, 280--298 (2000; Zbl 0971.16008), \textit{J.~Enyang}, J. Algebra 281, No. 2, 413--449 (2004; Zbl 1070.20006) and \textit{J.~Enyang}, J. Algebr. Comb. 26, No. 3, 291--341 (2007; Zbl 1160.20003)], the cellularity of the ordinary Birman-Wenzl-Murakami (BWM) algebras has been shown. In the paper, it is shown that cyclotomic BWM algebras are cellular algebras.
