The author establish endpoint \(L^p-L^q\) and Sobolev mapping properties for the Radon like operator defined by \[ Tf(x^\prime,x^{\prime\prime}):=\int f\big(y^\prime, x^{\prime\prime}+S(x^\prime,x^{\prime\prime},y^\prime)\big) \psi(x^\prime,x^{\prime\prime},y^\prime)dy^\prime, \] where \(S\) is a smooth mapping in \(\mathbb{R}^{n^{\prime\prime}}\) which is defined on a neighborhood of the origin in \(\mathbb{R}^{n^{\prime}}\times \mathbb{R}^{n^{\prime\prime}}\times \mathbb{R}^{n^\prime}\), and \(x^\prime, y^\prime\in \mathbb{R}^{n^\prime}\) and \(x^{\prime\prime}\in \mathbb{R}^{n^{\prime\prime}}\) (\(n^\prime\) represents the dimension of the manifolds over which \(f\) is averaged, and \(n^{\prime\prime}\) represents the codimension). The author imposes some homogeneity conditions on the operator \(S\) and the rank of a matrix related to rotational curvature. Some examples satisfying these conditions are given.
