This paper deals with the integrability of Poisson-Lie group actions. Let \(M\) be a Poisson manifold and \(G\) a Lie group. It is well-known that a momentum map does not always exist. However, it is possible to introduce a canonical symplectic groupoid whose action lifts to a Hamiltonian action with momentum map \(J\). In this paper, the authors generalize this theory to actions of Poisson-Lie groups. More precisely, a bijective correspondence between Poisson-Lie group actions and twisted multiplicative Hamiltonian actions on source 1-connected symplectic groupoids is proved. The authors give then a complete description of the lifted Hamiltonian action on the symplectic groupoid. Applications to Poisson quotients and Poisson homogeneous spaces are finally obtained.
