On Lie algebras associated with representation-directed algebras (Q847157)

In this paper the authors establish, for any representation-directed complex algebra \(B\), an isomorphism of two constructions of Lie algebras associated with \(B\). The first construction is due to \textit{C. Riedtmann} [``Lie algebras generated by indecomposables'', J. Algebra 170, No. 2, 526--546 (1994; Zbl 0841.16018)] and the second construction is due to \textit{C. M. Ringel} [Hall algebras. Topics in algebra.
