    The author has performed the group classification of systems of the nonlinear reaction-diffusion equations in \(\mathbb{R}^m\) \( u_t-\Delta (au-v)=f^{1}(u,v)\), \(v_t-\Delta (u+av)=f^2(u,v)\), \(a\) is a real constant. Partial cases are the nonlinear Schrödinger equation in \(\mathbb{R}^m\) \((i\partial_t+\Delta)\psi=F(\psi,\psi^\ast)\), \(\psi=u+iv\), \(F=f_1+if_2\) [\textit{A. G. Nikitin} and \textit{R. O. Popovich}, Ukr. Math. Zh. 53, 1053--1060 (2001; Zbl 0993.58020)] and generalized complex Ginzburg-Landau equation \(W_t-(1+i\beta)\Delta W=F(W,W^\ast)\), \(W=(u+iv)\), \(F=\beta(f^1+if^2)\). Here the standard complex Ginzburg-Landau equation corresponds to the case \(F=W-(1+i\alpha)W| W| ^2\).
