The authors study Toeplitz operators acting on the pluriharmonic Bergman space over the unit ball and whose symbols are positive (finite) Borel measures. The main result gives necessary and sufficient conditions for the Schatten-Hertz class \(S_{p,q}\) membership in terms of certain mixed norm spaces, involving averaging functions and Berezin transforms.
