The author investigates Kähler manifolds with Norden metric whose curvature tensor can be written in terms of the Ricci curvatuyre only, and whose holomorphic conformal curvature tensor vanishes (this is just the content of Theorem ~1). In the second part of the paper, the case of Kähler and para-Kähler manifolds is also considered.
