Reachable sets for the Heisenberg sub-Lorentzian structure on \(\mathbb R^3\). An estimate for the distance function (Q867449)

The author studies the distance function defined by a Heisenberg sub-Lorentzian structure on \({\mathbb R}^3\). In this context, he computes time-like and space-like reachable sets from a point and gives an estimate (from below) for the distance function, on a neighborhood of the origin.
