Laguerre expansion on the Heisenberg group and Fourier-Bessel transform on \(\mathbb C^n\) (Q867817)

Given a principal value convolution on the Heisenberg group \(H_n = \mathbb C^n \times \mathbb R\), the authors study the relation between its Laguerre expansion and the Fourier-Bessel expansion of its limit on \(\mathbb C^n\), by using the asymptotic relation between the Laguerre functions and the Bessel function. The authors also calculate the Dirichlet kernel associated with the Poisson sum of the Laguerre expansion on the group \(H_n\).
