Let \(P\) be a convex polytope in Euclidean space \({\mathbb E}^n\). The reflection group \(G_P\) associated with \(P\) is the group generated by the reflections in the facets of \(P\). In this paper, all Euclidean simplices are classified that generate discrete reflection groups. In particular, there exist unique families of simplices generating the groups \(\widetilde{A}_n\) and \(\widetilde{C}_n\), respectively. There are exactly \(n-1\) families of simplices generating the group \(\widetilde{B}_n\), \(\frac{1}{4}n(n-2)\) families of simplices generating the group \(\widetilde{D}_n\) if \(n\) is even, and \(\frac{1}{4}(n-1)^2\) families of simplices generating the group \(\widetilde{D}_n\) if \(n\) is odd. For the exceptional groups \(\widetilde{E}_6\), \(\widetilde{E}_7\), \(\widetilde{E}_8\), \(\widetilde{F}_4\), and \(\widetilde{G}_2\) there are \(17\), \(142\), \(1736\), \(11\), and \(2\) families of generating simplices, respectively.
