The authors present a model equation based on an integro-differential prey-competition equation with infinite delay. Sufficient conditions for a unique globally attractive strictly positive periodic solution are given. The paper is structured as follows: following preliminaries, theoretical results are developed on positive periodic solutions. The authors move on to consider global attractivity of the solution through the use of Lyapunov theory.
