Frames are important in both theory and applications. However, the dual frames are needed to represent a function. This paper studies a family of irregular wavelet frames, whose dual frames have simple and explict form. Some kind of stability is discussed, when irregular translations are changed. Finally, an example is provided to explain the main result.
