In the paper, the multiple \(\underline{q}\)-Mahler measures, where \(\underline{q}=(q_1,\dots, q_r)\), are considered. The authors define these measures in the cases when \(0<q_j<1\), \(j=1, \dots, r\), and \(\underline{q}=(1, q)\) with \(0<q<1\), and calculate some their values. We note that their multiple \(q\)-deformation examples are mainly suggested by the usual \(q\)-deformation examples treated in \textit{N.~Kurokawa} [Proc. Japan Acad. Ser. A, 80, 70--73 (2004; Zbl 1060.11068), Proc. Edinb. Math. Soc., 49, No.~3, 667--681 (2006; Zbl 1169.11037), Comment. Math. Univ. St. Pauli, 54, No.~2, 121--137 (2005; Zbl 1091.11036)] and \textit{H.~Oyanagi}. Also limits as the multiple \(q\) goes to \(1\) or to \(0\) are studied. The complicated case as \(\underline{q}\to \underline{1}\) is calculated only in principle. In some cases, the results obtained give multiple \(q\)-deformations of known formulas. For example, results of Theorems 2, 4, 7 and 10 specialize to formulas of \textit{C.~J.~Smyth} [Bull. Aust. Math. Soc., 23, 49--63 (1981; Zbl 0442.10034)].
