The classification of 3-dimensional quasi-umbilical locally homogeneous Blaschke hypersurfaces (Q884014)

The author classifies all locally homogeneous ``quasi-umbilic'' hypersurfaces in the affine space \(\mathbb R^4\) with non-degenerate affine Blaschke metric \(h\) and diagonalizable affine shape operator \(S\) having two distinct eigenvalues. (Such hypersurfaces with one eigenvalue are affine hyperspheres, such ones with three distinct real eigenvalues do not exist). In the classification only algebraic hypersurfaces appear.
