Let \(\mathbb{U}= \{z: z\in\mathbb{C}\) and \(| z| <1\}\) and \(\mathfrak{R}\) be a ring of holomorphic in \(\mathbb{U}\) functions. In the paper, second-order linear differential equations over \(\mathfrak{R}\) are discussed. The author studies properties of their solutions from the point of view of the geometrical theory of complex variable functions. A series of results of the following type is established. Theorem 1. Let \(P(z)\in\mathbb{C}[z]\) and \(| P(z)| < r\) \((r\in\mathbb{R}^{+})\) in \(\mathbb{U}\). Let \(w(z)\) be the solution of initial-value problem: \[ w''+Pw=0;\qquad w(0)=0; \quad w'(0)=1 \] in \(\mathbb{U}\). Then we have \[ 1-r<\Re\biggl\{\frac{zw'}{w}\biggr\}<1+r,\quad z\in\mathbb{U}. \]
