Blow-up of solutions of some nonlinear inequalities with singularities on unbounded sets (Q887495)

In this paper, the authors study some nonlinear partial differential inequalities with singular nonlinearities on unbounded sets. In particular, they prove that the nontrivial nonnegative solutions blow-up (i.e. there is no nontrivial positive solution). First, the results are proved for the nonlinear elliptic inequalities with different choice of the singular nonlinear terms. On the other hand, these results are also obtained for the nonlinear parabolic inequalities with different choice of the nonlinear terms.
