It is well known that the Hodge Laplacian on a Kähler manifold \(M\) preserves the type of differential forms. The authors prove that the weighted Hodge Laplacian induced by a smooth real valued function \(f\) on \(M\) preserves the type of forms, if and only if, the gradient vector field of \(f\) is real-holomorphic. For such a function \(f\), it is proved that an \(f\)-harmonic function on \(M\) with finite total weighted energy is pluriharmonic. In case \(f\) has an isolated minimum point, it is proved that an \(f\)-harmonic map on \(M\) with range in a Kähler manifold \(N\) with strongly seminegative curvature, must be constant. Finally, if in particular \(M\) is a compact Kähler manifold, the authors prove that any harmonic map on \(M\) and \(N\)-valued, must be constant.
