Suppose that \(k\) is a field and \(A=\bigcup_{i\geqslant 0}A_i\) is a filtered associative unital \(k\)-algebra such that \(\mathrm{gr\,}A\) is a connected domain generated in degree 1. Let \(k\) have characteristic zero and \(A\) be finite over its center. Then under some assumptions on the \(v\)-discriminant \(d_v(A/Z(A))\) it is shown that (i) every automorphism \(\varphi\) of the polynomial ring \(A[t]\) is mapping \(A\) onto itself and \(\varphi(t)=ct+r\) where \(c\) is invertible in \(A\) and \(r\in Z(A)\); (ii) if \(g\) is an automorphism of \(A\) then \(g(A_1)\subseteq A_1\); (iii) every locally nilpotent derivation of \(A\) is zero. Similar results are proved for a tensor product of quantized Weyl algebras with non-identical parameters and for PI-algebra multiparameter quantum polynomials over a commutative domain \(k\). Under some assumptions it is shown that every automorphism of multiparameter quantum polynomials is tame.
