The author constructs a solution of a stochastic parabolic partial differential equation describing the evolution of a non-Newtonian incompressible fluid in a bounded domain of \({\mathbb R}^d\), \(d=2,\, 3\). The approach is based on a nonlinear dissipative approximation of the system and an adaptation of the ideas of the harmonic decomposition of pressure in [\textit{J. Wolf}, J. Math. Fluid Mech. 9, No. 1, 104--138 (2007; Zbl 1151.76426)] to the stochastic framework.
