Each complex \(n\)-dimensional not necessarily associative algebra \(A\) can be viewed as a linear map \(\mu:A\otimes A\to A\). The general linear group has a natural action on the affine variety \(\Hom(A\otimes A,A)\). An algebra \(\lambda\) is degenerate to \(\mu\), notation \(\lambda \to \mu\), if \(\mu\) belongs to the orbit closure of \(\lambda\) with respect to Zariski topology. The level of \(\lambda\) is the maximum of lengths of chains starting from \(\lambda\) and ending at the algebras with zero multiplication. All algebras of dimension at least three and of level 1 were classified classified by the author and \textit{B. A. Omirov} in [Linear Algebra Appl. 439, No. 11, 3460--3463 (2013; Zbl 1286.17006)]. The main result of the present paper is complete classification up to an isomorphism of Jordan, Lie and associative algebras of level two. It is assumed the Jordan algebras have dimension at least 3, Lie algebras have dimension at least 5.
