    In the present paper the author shows the following results: Theorem 1: Let \(f : M^m\to \mathbb S^{m+p}\), with \(m\geq 3\) and \(p\geq 2\), be an umbilic-free Wintgen ideal submanifold. If its Möbius form vanishes, then locally \(f\) is Möbius equivalent to one of the following: {\parindent=6mm \begin{itemize}\item[(a)] a cone over a Veronese surface in \(\mathbb S^{2k}(k\geq 2)\), \item[(b)] a cone over a flat super-minimal surface in \(\mathbb S^{2k+1}(k\geq 2)\), \item[(c)] a cone over some three-dimensional minimal Wintgen ideal submanifold in \(\mathbb S^{3+ p}\) . \end{itemize}} Theorem 2: Let \(f : M^m\to \mathbb S^{m+2} (m\geq 3)\) be an umbilic-free Wintgen ideal submanifold. If its Möbius form vanishes, then locally \(f\) is Möbius equivalent to one of the following: {\parindent=6mm \begin{itemize}\item[(a)] a cone over a Veronese surface in \(\mathbb S^4\), \item[(b)] a cone over the three-dimensional minimal Wintgen ideal submanifold \(f:\mathrm{SO}(3)\to\mathbb S^5\) given by \[ f(u,v,u\times v)=\frac{1}{\sqrt 2}(u,v) \] which can also be seen as coming from the Hopf bundle over the Veronese surface in \(\mathbb{CP}^2\). \end{itemize}}
