Specht's problem, or whether every set of polynomial identities of an algebra is a consequence of a finite number of identities, has been studied for all classes of algebras, although it was originally formulated in 1950 for associative algebras of characteristic 0 (solved by \textit{A. R. Kemer} [Algebra Logic 26, No. 5, 362--397 (1987); translation from Algebra Logika 26, No. 5, 597--641 (1987; Zbl 0664.16017)]). The author continues the study of the Specht problem for finite-dimensional central simple algebras over fields of characteristic 0, which corresponds to Question 3.103 of the Dniester Notebook (1993; Zbl 0868.16001). This was answered by \textit{I. M. Isaev} and \textit{A. V. Kislitsin} [Dokl. Math. 86, No. 3, 774--775 (2012); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk, Ross. Akad. Nauk 447, No. 3, 252--253 (2012; Zbl 1301.17002)] with the construction of such an algebra with no finite basis of identities. This paper takes a step further, providing an example of a \textit{commutative} 7-dimensional simple central unital algebra and describing its infinite basis of identities.
