From the introduction: In [ibid. 194, No. 6, 603--627 (2013); translation from Zap. Nauchn. Sem. POMI 401, 5--52 (2012; Zbl 1477.47014)], the author proved that the class of operator Lipschitz functions is invariant with respect to weighted linear fractional substitutions. In particular, it was proved that, if \(f\) is an operator Lipschitz function defined on a closed subset of the complex plane \(\mathbb{C}\simeq\mathbb{R}^2\), then the function \(\frac{f\circ\varphi}{|\varphi'|}\) is also an operator Lipschitz function for every linear fractional transformation \(\varphi\) with \(f(\varphi(\infty))=0\), where the latter condition is required only in the case where it makes sense, i.e., if \(\varphi(\infty)\) belongs to the domain of \(f\). In the present paper, we obtain a multidimensional generalization of this result. We prove that, if \(f\) is an operator Lipschitz function in \(n\) real variables, then we may take as \(\varphi\) a Möbius transformation on \(\mathbb{R}^n\), i.e., a composition of finitely many inversions on \(\mathbb{R}^n\).
